How do I top-up my Visa Virtual Account or Visa Card?
Your account can topped up by making a direct payment, into our Bank Accounts at National Commercial Bank branch. Additionally, international customers may make their payments via Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union(please email support@epayservicesjm.com for further details on these payment methods).
How can I access my account balances and see transactions done?
You can check your account balances as well as see your transaction details by logging into your account and viewing your online statement. This can all be done at no cost.
What if I made a payment and did not call or email to confirm it immediately?
if your confirmation is made after fourteen(14) business days from the date of payment, you will be charged a penalty according to our Terms of Service, otherwise the payment will be processed according to our Payment Processing Schedule.
How soon can I use my Virtual Visa Card?
You may use your card as soon as your top-up has been loaded to your account. Funds are loaded according to our Payment Processing Schedule outlined below:
- Deposits made between Monday and Wednesay each week will be loaded on Thursday*
- Deposits made between Thursday and Friday each will be loaded on Monday of the following week*
* Please be advised that in the event of Jamaican or US Regular or Bank holidays and advisory will be posted on our News and Updates link to advise of any adjustments in our loading schedule.
What is the maximum amount of money that I can load on to my Virtual Visa Card?
There is no limit to the amount of money that you can load to your Virtual Visa Card, however once your account balance reaches or exceeds US$5,000 you will be asked to provide idenfication and other verifying information.
What is the minimum amount of money that I can load to my Virtual Visa Card?
There is no minimum, you can load as small an amount as you want.
Can I access your service if I am NOT IN Jamaica?
Yes you can. International Customers may make payments to us via Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union (please email support@epayservicesjm.com for further information).
Can I retrieve or withdraw funds from my Visa Virtual account or my Visa Card?
Yes you can. If you have a Visa Card, you may retrieve or withdraw your funds from any ATM machine that supports Visa transactions. If you have a Visa Virtual account you may retrieve or withdraw your funds by requesting that the funds be sent to you via Bank Wire Transfer. E-mail support@epayservicesjm.com for withdrawal form. Withdrawal requests are processed by ePassporte.
