Kindly be advised that, with effect from April 16th, 2008, under the advice of our provider, we are no longer able to fund the Visa Virtual Accounts and or Cards of our customers. Customers who currently have monies on their accounts may continue to do their regular transactions with remaining funds. We recognise that this change will be inconvenient to you and regret that we have not been able to find an alternative solution to the existing problem. We however wish to express our gratitude to you all, for the business that you have extended to us over the period.

Problems with Emails

Kindly be advised that we are currently experiencing some difficulties with sending out emails, as such the following temporary email addresses have been created: epaybilling@gmail.com, epaycustomerservice@gmail.com, support.epay@gmail.com.

Business Hours

Kindly be advised that with effect from Monday February 4th 2008, our business hours will be Mondays to Fridays 9:00am to 3:00pm.  Customers are reminded to confirm ALL payments made by emailing accounts@epayservicesjm.com or calling 876-578-2409 or 876-578-5619.
